Bob Martinisko – President With over 27 years of hands-on construction and project management experience, Bob Martinisko has solid experience in all aspects of general contracting and construction. He started at a young age in his father's home building business in the northern Virginia area. There, he gained hands-on and management experience in every aspect of building. In addition, he received his formal education in construction management and engineering. Having a solid background in construction practice, he went to work for one of the areas largest commercial construction firms and was entrusted to handle some of the most prestigious clients and challenging jobs. The experience gained during his tenure at this company instilled in him the very important quality of managing, communicating and understanding his client's needs and requirements. This well-rounded, extensive experience enabled him to start Jaeger Construction in 1989 and grow to be the successful company that it is today.
