Jaeger Construction was the Project Manager for the renovation of 5000 sq ft. for an accounting firm. Jaeger Construction was selected after a detailed bid analysis was performed. Unfortunately, the owner took a longer amount of time in the decision making process than anticipated, all the while still demanding that the improvements be made by December 1st. The amount of time was less than 15 business days, during the holidays, and with inspections. We are both pleased and impressed with the quality of workmanship that was rendered by Jaeger Construction. Not only was the work completed within the time frame, Jaeger was able to bring the project in under budget, and communicated effectively with the owner and the tenant in the preparation, construction and final walk thru of the project, while paying attention to the details of the job. We continue to use Jaeger Construction and highly recommend them.
